Burning Man RV Rentals

Uhaul (U-Haul) or Enterprise Truck Rentals (Moving Trucks, Van Rentals & Commercial Trucks | Enterprise Truck Rental) are the only 2 locations that will allow travel to Burning Man and allow towing.

All tow vehicles must have a 7-way connection to plug the trailer into the tow vehicle, a 2" or 2.5" receiver for the hitch, and a trailer brake controller (one can be rented with the trailer rental if not equipped).

You can do either depending on where you are located, many fly into Salt Lake City then rent the truck and trailer and drive or rent a motorhome and drive.

17' Bunkhouse Trailer = 30 gallons freshwater, 28 gallons grey water (sink/shower), and 28 gallons black water (toilet)

26' Bunkhouse Trailer = 50 gallons freshwater, 28 gallons grey water (sink/shower), and 28 gallons black water (toilet)

24' Motorhome with Slideout = 35 gallons freshwater, 28 gallons grey water (sink/shower), and 28 gallons black water (toilet)

Enough totally depends on usage. If you need to refill freshwater or dump the gray/black tanks there are trucks at the event you can pay to do so at a cost. It's a big area so you do need to track them down

Motorhomes include an onboard generator and pulls gas from the main gas tank.

Trailer rentals, you don't need one, but one is very highly recommended. Everything in the trailer will run off the batteries/propane except the microwave, AC, and 110v house style outlets. There is solar on the roof but often can't keep up with usage so recharging with a generator helps.

The generator can be used to recharge electric bikes too which many bring.

There's no gas on site, so you need to bring your own in containers. Do not transport the containers full inside the trailer, transport them in the back of a truck or elsewhere in the tow vehicle. How much gas you need depends on usage, but 10-20 gallons (2-4 five-gallon containers) is a good amount (this is just a recommendation, not a precise amount you may need). If you're driving a gas tow vehicle you can use the remaining gas to put in the vehicle on the drive back.

Many buy electric bikes or pedal bikes (we don't rent them). Many report that fat tires are best as skinny tires sink into the playa making travel more difficult. Many sell the bikes when they get back into town.

Yes, for a $150 concierge fee you can ship items, and we will have them in or by the trailer when you arrive. This is only applicable to pick-up/drop-off in Ogden, UT and we are in no way responsible for items lost in the shipping process or arriving too late.

All items must arrive at least 2 days prior to rental start date.

Sorry, the bumper isn't strong enough to support much weight so no racks of any kind are allowed.

The motorhome has a hitch and you could rent a small trailer to tow behind the motorhome.

Yes, but recommended to make it quick as showers use way more water than you think. Recommended to get in shower, rinse quick, stop shower, lather, start shower and rinse off.
